TV Anime “Gintama” Celebrates Its Relaunch with Gintoki Visual Inspired by Live-Action Film

After three months break, the Shirogane no Tamashii-hen (Silver Soul Arc) of the TV anime adaptation of Hideaki Sorachi's comedy manga series Gintama will relaunch in Japan with its 354th episode on July 8. To celebrate the much-awaited return, the anime's official Twitter has posted a special image of Gintoki, inspired by the character's live-action visual portrayed by Shun Oguri.

Following the 15-episode Porori-hen (329th-341st) from October 2 to December 25, 2017, the first part

of Shirogane no Tamashii-hen started on January 8, 2018, then aired for 12 episodes (342nd-353rd) from

January 8 to March 26.
